The transition from MyPers to myFSS has presented our Retirements Team with unexpected challenges. The team has encountered numerous technical issues within the new system, and it's taking longer than the Air Force initially projected to resolve them. ARPC is approximately 65 days behind on closing out retirement applications.

Just went through this. Go to MyFSS in the search bar start to type inoperable, and a drop down with inoperable vmpf link will come up. Click that and then scroll to the bottom and click create request. Type in your DOS and then add a comment with projected departure date (the wording says what exactly to add) and click submit request. Make sure you are 180 days out or they will reject it ...

So for myFSS , if you send a comment, it's basically like editing your status, updating something in regards to, or uploading a document. And this gets the case reset back to the start of the line when Amn Basic pushes a button to send it to the next available A1C.

Hey all. Got a question. I made E5 on 1 MAR 22. If I'm reading the requirements I should have TIG for 23 months by the 31 JAN cut off date. I have 5 years TIS and the 7 level. For now the request only says “Expedited Orders Request for Terminal Leave” but this is where I was told to go by MyPers support.
